Scheme Features

1. All adult members of the Pathare Prabhu Community can now avail of a special health check up package of tests offered by NM Medical Centre
2. The facility will be extended on a first come first served basis to 25 individuals each month.
3. In case all slots are for a month have been booked, subsequent applications will be allowed to avail of the facility in the next month succeeding.
4. In case the slots are not exhausted in a month, these will be carried forward to the next month serially till the end of the financial year
5. A member between the ages of 18-45 can avail the benefit once in 2 years
6. A member above the age of 45 can avail the benefit each year.
7. The staff of the Pathare Prabhu charities will be covered under this scheme
8. Trustees and family will be covered under this policy
9. Consultation will only be provided during medical camp by the panel doctors of the Charities trust
10. If a member seeking health test and charities has been provided a credit letter and subsequently not availed of the facility in the given time frame, he or she will not be allowed to avail of this facility for period of 3 years from the next health camp.
11. Should members availing this scheme be required to undergo additional tests / check ups, the Charities Trust will extend financial support to such members whose family income is less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum
