Pathare Prabhu Charities celebrates the academic achievements of students in our community by presenting Educational Merit Prize Awards annually.

We are now accepting nominations for this year from students who have passed any SSC/CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE examination or higher from a recognized university or educational institution during this year.

Please ensure you have the following documents ready:

1] Profile picture (refer to the sample provided)
2] Photo or PDF of the Educational Certificate
3] Photo or PDF of the Bank Cancelled Cheque (the bank savings account must be in the student’s name)

Note: All documents should be less than 1MB in size.

The submission deadline for this form is 15th September 2025.
